Initial Professional Training of the Insurance Distributor

The course covers 15 essential chapters on the principles of insurance and reinsurance, the legal framework of insurance distribution, professional ethics, life, general, health and accident insurance, as well as customer relationship management. Specific topics such as reinsurance, claims management and customer satisfaction assessment are also addressed, providing a solid foundation for the activity of insurance distributors.
15 hours of study – Practical part
38 case studies
The practical part of the course involves allocating 15 hours of study dedicated to solving case studies, applying knowledge in concrete situations and preparing for real insurance product distribution activities. This stage consolidates the practical skills necessary for a successful career in the field.
